This is the second time recently I've ordered something "new" from Amazon that turns out to be a return item. I'm afraid to use the liquid cleaner that is with the kit, it had been opened and was taped shut with black electric tape. (See photo) Someone could have contaminated it. Who knows these days? The electric scrubber charged and powered up so that seems to work. Just disappointed it is a used item when I paid for new.Bill
