The 'I think' of the title is simply because I haven't had a chance to use the dustpan and brush much yet because it's a brand new purchase. But it looks stylish and sleek and occupies a minimum of space when not in use. An initial sweep around the kitchen seems promising : more efficient than my existing broom, and the upright dustpan is possibly the best feature , as it offers a thoroughly effortless, and accurate, pick-up of gathered dust and debris! With a totally reasonable price, it's thumbs up so far!

You know when you buy something and think it's not going to be as good as the sales pitch will have us believe?I was sceptical about this dustpan and brush. Oh I was wrong. Broom handle comes in three sections. So you can choose length of handle. Easily put together.The brush head is a good quality thick sturdy but flexible bristles. And cleans the floor perfectly well.The dustpan is a good size. And locks into free standing mode easily. And the fingers are a great addition. Cleans out the pet hair caught in the bristles. Oh yes. I'll recommend this set. 👌

Brush is easy to swipe through mesh to remove dog hairs and the pan and brush are big enough for a wizz round the hard floors.

I purchased someone else's return. Arrived unusable. It was broken, not an unscrewed handle but broken handle that is molded into the broom end. I know Amazon would have taken it back, but I didn't want this to take up room in a landfill somewhere so being pretty handy I repaired it. This set works great for me. It's pretty much what I expected, just a bit heavier than my old one. I would buy this again. I do wish Amazon would take a closer look at returns.

I've been using the broom/dustpan unit for about a week. I read all the one star reviews before purchase as I usually do to determine if the pros outweighed the cons. It seemed so for this product, so I made the purchase, and can say that I have been very pleased.Things I like:1. Easy to assemble. All parts are bagged and tagged, so you know which parts are for the broom handle and which for the dust pan handle. Once put together it is all very sturdy, but not combersome.2. The handle of the dustpan will stay upright if you need two hands for the broom (I've dealt with other models where you must continually hold the dustpan handle or it crashes)3. Minor detail, but I do like that the pair clip together for storage and they do not take up a ton of room.Things I love:1. The finger like combs on the dustpan! Brilliant idea. We have large fuzzy dogs, and sweeping up dog hair is never a joy. Once I sweep up the dog hair, it makes it easy to get it off the brush and into the pan by combing through the broom bristles with the comb attached to the dustpan.2. On the lip of the dustpan that sits against the floor, there is a rubber edging that makes the dustpan sit flush against the floor, so all the sweepings go into the pan rather than slidding underneath.It's a great unit and one I would definitely reccomend.

Was everything it promised to be...Mine arrived early without any issues, no warped pieces, nor missing broken anything.It even did amazing at picking up crumbs on carpet around my sitting chair. Broom is excellent on carpets.I bought mine because of a a past food spill issue in kitchen where I no longer can reach floor for easy pick ups. This pan is big enough/ wide enough for any substantial spillages.It feels very solid, and if you follow the picture instructions enclosed the assembly tells you which part goes into which other part without issue. I opted to NOT install the optional extender tubing so both pieces are same height/ size for now.Go ahead and make your purchase as mine had no defects or missing /broken parts etc.Great/ sound little purchase.THX
