Solgar is an extremely trusted, well-established brand in the world of supplements. I used this while on a diet, and did lose a couple more pounds than without it; nothing miraculous. But maintaining healthy gut flora is always a worthy endeavor, for multitudes of reasons.

These have improved my gut health and helped me stay more regular. I cannot say that ithas helped with losing much weight; but I do feel better after taking these.

I'm trying to take probiotics more consistently and would love to lose a few pounds, so why not do both with one supplement. These capsules are easy to take and haven't given me any negative side effects. Too soon to know if they will help with weight but they are a good quality product and so far so good.

Havent seen any difference with digestion nor my weight

Not amazing for weight loss. I do take it every morning for the probiotic to keep my stomach moving, but the weight management part isn't great.

I've been taking this supplement for a little over 2 weeks and I am down 1-3lbs even tho normally I am weighing a little extra this time of month. There is no taste or aftertaste, easy to take and works good. I definitely recommend.

As far as I can tell, this is an a-OK weight-loss management probiotic product. I'm not personally enrolled in a double-blind placebo-controlled weight loss experiment, so I can primarily attest to the product as far as describing the claims on its container, whether or not it upset my stomach or otherwise caused abdominal upset (no), size of capsule (average, not huge), any odor of the product (minor, but I'm sensitive to smells), any lingering odor after taking it (none), and my perception of its general perceived value (on the higher end for supplements of this nature). Here goes a few additional items of note:Container - absurdly huge, for no reason. The bottle is mostly empty, so to me, this is a huge waste of resources for no reason...just wasteful.The manufacturer isn't some fly -by-night company, however, I do think they are made in China or otherwise overseas (packaging states they are manufactured FOR this NJ-based company). So, they've existed before Amazon, and any company that's been around for decades automatically carries more value, as presumably they'd not have lasted this long if they weren't doing something right.30 servings (1 pill per day), only 1 month supplyOnly ingredient proven for really any true benefit is cellulose, since that provides bulk that helps move things along in the intestines. We know probiotics are good for overall health and keeping the digestive tract moving, but there's not a ton of weight-loss data surrounding this. As such, its hard to definitively say this makes a different in my weight loss journey (and truthfully, I noticed no difference in my weight, eating my normal diet).Bottom line: probably doesn't work, but didn't irritate my body either
