Difficult at first with no instructions as to how to mount or even get the front cover off. But with a bit of hard work it comes off.For reference you need to slide the front cover either left or right and then pull it away from the back case. It is very fiddly .

At first, when searching for a wall-mounted holder, I came across this item which in addition has a lockable feature that prevents someone from taking away the tablet. That's sounds amazing!However, the product itself isn't very strong and worst, when it comes with tablets that don't have a home button you are left with nowhere to switch the tablet on and off, as you may be aware the on/off button is on the side and that's locked and inaccessible. We found a way around this button issue, however, the worst part of it, when I said to myself this is not something I would use ever is when I tried to fit in the charger cable, see for yourself the image.I bought 10 tablets to be used in 10 locations, I thought this would be the best wall-mounted holder for my 10 tablets but unfortunately, I have to say the manufacturer didn't think this through properly.

I bought this as it stated it would fit an iPad. It will fit the iPad but you will not be able to use it to its full capacity.I am using it portrait style with the gap for the lead at the bottom but the circular piece for the camera is also at this end. So if you switch the cover around to have the camera hole at the top you then have no gap for the charging cable. If i still had the box i would return it as its really not fit for purpose. I now have a case with which i cannot take a photo as the camera is covered and cannot press the home button either. My option is to leave it permanently on with the screen set to never switch off or take it out of the case every morning to turn it on.

Thought it was metal, it’s plastic.Fine for what I wanted though.

good value for money. i needed to cut off that extra bit of plastic because we could not swipe up with it. clean look. be careful with it, it feels fragile while opening and closing.

This product is great, just what I needed. I use an ipad as a security panel for my Samsung smartthings home monitor system via action tiles. This product makes my ipad look very secure and great on the wa.

I think it works quite well. Easy to use. reliable. Arrives the next day which solves my time issue.
