These did the job! Raised my heel therefore eliminated the pain. Only down side is they could be wider so that my foot doesn’t slip. It has changed the way my shoe fits.Feel like after a while they will change the alignment of my feet.

A little on the hard side but you soon get used to them

Unlike other heel lifts this one has no adhesive so can easily be transferred between footwear. It is firmer than expected but is very comfortable and I am now able to wear slippers and shoes which have been languishing in a cupboard due to the slight difference in my leg lengths after an accident. Despite the absence of adhesive it stays in place without any problem. The height is easily adjustable should it be required. Slightly dearer than similar products but definitely worth the extra cost.

I bought this to help with my Achilles tendonitis but unfortunately it is much too hard and after using it for less than 2 hours my heel was very painful and sore. The wedge is extremely hard and has no cushioning. Not good for someone with tendonitis.

I loved that these herl lifts could be altered in height. They come with 5 different variations so you can remove or add a layer as required.they are stuff to remove each layer due to whatever they use but this means when they go in the shoe they never ever slip. I've changed to different shoes and still they stick. They are navy blue and unobtrusive in an interior that's dark,so no stigma about having shoe built up. They were so good I bought another 3 pts so I don't need to change them from shoe to shoe
