This product is wonderful. For years I have suffered sometimes weekly bouts of cistitus and have been on repeat prescriptions for antibiotics. I moved house and my new doctor would not prescribe repeat prescriptions and had to go to the doctor every time I had another bout which made life so difficult. If you suffer with water infections as much as me these are a God send amazing I wouldn't go without mine and if I do water infections soon come back again. When I get the feeling cystitis is starting I take 1 and feel the benefits at least by the next day
