Have done mold and poured candles in the past, and knew the basics of dipping, but this short treatise is an excellent overview of the subject.

This is very informative. I have never made any type of candle, but I've always wanted to learn. This book provides easy to follow instructions that are basic and result in beautiful candles.

Simple and very basic for the crafters and preppers out there. I suppose it the preppers were beekeepers, they could get the wax from their hives.

These little books are always full of information , that you can actually use.

One reviewer wrote that this little book had more useful information in it about dipped candles than many other larger books. So far, it has met all my information needs that I had and answered a few questions I didn't know I had, lol. A few points also helped me understand why my poured candles weren't burning properly. Even if you have other candle making books, this little book is well worth adding to your collection unless you are a highly experienced chandler. In that case you've probably have all the information you need from experience.
