Good hardware, but not easy to set up from my desktop. Did not have an extra monitor to use for direct set up of the NVR. System did not recognize cameras correctly at first. Had four calls to Customer Service. All were friendly , two actually knew the software enough to be helpful and solve the minor problems. Lisa , the fourth person , who finally solved the issue of channels not matching where the POE cables were with a simple factory reset was very helpful and patient. Don't have long term experience yet, but seems a good value for the price. I would recommend the available accessory mounting brackets , they make aiming the dome cameras and mounting them to exterior walls much easier.

I've bought and tried a couple 8 channel camera systems and even upgraded hardware from amcrest. I'm done! Junk.
