The quality of the product is very good. It is very stable, not flimsy or easily broken even with the roughest scratching. It looks very classy too. The product doesn't leave marks on the skin either. Holding the product above my head, it can reach all the way to the bottom of my back. It's really good for the price, honestly this quality should've been more expensive. Size wise, it is perfect. Not too thin, so those with hands of all sizes can grasp it. The product is very easy to use and makes me feel comfortable after using it.

I have an older back scratcher of a similar design that works a lot better. Maybe in the long run it's a good thing this one is a bit on the dull side so I won't be able to accidentally scratch too hard.

This back scratcher is easy to use and can be easily adjusted from short to long. No itch is safe from this product, it reaches everywhere! Besides being effective, it can be adjusted to fit in a purse, a bedside table drawer, ect. Best money I’ve spent!

It may cost a little more than the bamboo back scratchers, but I absolutely love it! Very sturdy, can be extended, the handle is comfortable to use, the 'scratching' mechanism is solid and works very well. Highly recommend!
