I've always missed the star emblem and decided to purchase one to cosmetically enhance my new Mercedes...Unfortunately...my first purchase was a poor decision and the damn thing fell apart trying to put it on..so be warned...do not buy cheaply and expect any sort of quality...This Star emblem is first class and as soon as I opened the box I could see it was chalk to cheese in comparison...the guy even sent some sweets as a purchase gesture..I'm not 100% certain if this emblem is Genuine or not...but... it's not made in China and is made in Turkey as written on the Box it came in (unlike the cheap crap I bought earlier)...The locking mechanism was waaaay more stronger and the actual finish much better...I did spray the area first with some WD40 to help with the turning of the nut at the bottom and it locked into place rock solid...there was even some small blue cushioning on the bottom of the badge so as not to mark your paintwork,which makes me believe that it IS possibly genuine but at a sensible price..I can highly recommened this Emblem and the seller..Cheers

Quality is good, but does not fit my car as the base is smaller than the insert hole. Have emailed nearly two weeks ago but no response from seller to get it returned and proper size sent or possibly a refund. Disappointed !

Seems to be original product in suitably printed and sealed printed box. Fitted very easily literally in a few minutes but it did need an extra pair of hands. I needed someone to hold it in position with the bonnet up whilst turning it a 1/4 turn to lock in with a pair of long nosed pliers from the underside. Looks and feels the part though. Very satisfied.

I was very surprised to see the item appear in a genuine Mercedes part box with a proper Mercedes part No A 210 880 01 86 It is very well made and very easy to fit although its not self evident. Just put the nose of a pair of pliers into the base - turn anticlockwise 1/4 turn insert into the bonnet- turn 1/4 turn clockwise and you are done.

This was great a shame someone snapped it off my car a week later.But it's very good quality and easy to fit

really looks great instead of the flat badge. Wasn't sure about it being the right size for my model but for the price i thought i would take a chance. Spot on. fits great and the quality is spot on.
