came in perfect condition, I’ve used it 3 times now and I love it, just take very good care of it because it has an ice pack on the inside so if you squeeze too hard it could pop. Only downside is it can only be used once at a time because the ice melts back down but it only takes 5-6 hours to freeze so it’s very good for a late night snack.

Easy cleaning, fast freezing, durable!

My daughter loved this. I was skeptical but it really does make the perfect slushy. Unfortunately the rim of the cup broke the first time we used it. We weren't rough with it or anything, it just popped off and won't stay on anymore.

Bought two. One of the liners ripped, so we had to get a replacement. Kids love them. They really work great!

The pros: nice ideaThe cons: As shown by my photo, the interior is extremely small. There are baffles in there that take up most of the space, and it’s impossible to truly clean. You are supposed to “squeeze” for “minutes” to get the slurpy effect. After about 45 seconds you’ve warmed the outside up enough to negate any extreme cooling effect. When you “squeeze” it, because there is no seal on the lid, only plastic threads, your liquid spills out the top.After 3 attempts, we gathered everything up and tossed it. Back to the blender and a little ice with our liquid to make an excellent slushy style beverage.

I got this with my son in mind as he likes frozen drinks and was always putting various types of beverages in the freezer. Now he is always putting drinks in this cup. He will try any drink in it and seems pleased w/ all of them. The item works as advertised, making any liquid a slushy in about a minute. Clean up is a breeze too. Great item for kids, or really anyone that likes slushy drinks.

I was influenced to buy this and I'm so glad I was! The directions are straightforward, but I will say it takes longer to roll/massage the cup to get it to turn to a slushie (or maybe I was just impatient!) but it definitely works. We bought three of these and they are easy to clean and so worth it. I might never eat traditional ice cream at home again!
