I love everything about this I can move it all around the yard and everyone likes to come over and punch it great way to get my kids off the electronics and back outside

Was a nice set up. Did not last long. My 15yr old popped it within a week. The inflatable bag was thin material.

Bag had a leak from the first day. I had to purchase electric pump & Sand separate.I’m worried it might pop due to the air when I strike.

It's an ok punching bag, the material quality could be a little thicker and I'm not too fond of the base. It's those the job but not a professional grade punching

Provided you fill the bottom with water or heavier ( some sand?) this bag will provide a decent amount of resistance for light punches. You need to make sure it is pretty well filled though otherwise it will collapse easily. I treat it more like a speed bag where I’m focusing more on speed/precision, but it helps get a decent workout for a beginner. Someone more serious will eventually want to graduate to a full bag. If you are just starting out ,or if space is an issue this will work for some practice or just energy/stress burn. Mostly I’m just glad it doesn’t feel quite like a toy, although I wouldn’t consider it serious training equipment.

need a inflation tool, but seemed to hold up, would recommend water in bottom

I got this free-standing punching bag for myself but realized it was not convenient for me and thus I gifted it to my grand-nephew who is into martial arts. He is expending all his energy on this one for sure and giving some bonding time between him and his dad! I love the inspirational message "NEVER GIVE UP!"

Good quality. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Stable and durable. Well made with great quality stitching.
