We love the size of the pool (24ftx52in) living in Alabama it's HOT and being able to walk out your back door and cool off in the pool is amazing.

Not a difficult setup on the pool itself. Pump was okay to figure out but the instructions lack clarity. Pump doesn’t seem to keep a steady flow, but so far it hasn’t caused issues. If you’ve had a pool before, this won’t be any trouble. If you’re brand new to pool ownership, maybe enlist help from a veteran on the pump setup.

The setup went ok, however still struggling with changing filter. Instructions are very difficult to follow and curse everytime I change the fluffy balls.

We put together all the poles as it stated in the directions and the last one would not fit. My husband used a drill and screws to secure it. The pump and filter is weird as well- it came with little fluffy balls to put in the filter. Does not have a skimmer. Had to buy a new ladder as the one with the pool is very sketchy and cheap. Would not recommend

Love the size, not too hard to set up, price point is good to test if you will use a pool enough to invest in something more substantial.Didn't like that upon filling we discovered two pinholes. We were able to patch them but that shouldn't be a concern as soon as you set up a new pool. The only other complaint is the flimsy ladder that comes with it. I'm sorry but 14 inches wide means most adults are going up that ladder sideways just to fit between the ladder which makes the flimsiness even more obvious.

The pool itself is great, the directions on how to set up the filter and ladder are AWFUL!!! Ladder is VERY cheap and bent on first use, had to buy another. Filter directions were so horrible that I just bought a new filter. I’d recommend going to a more popular pool

The ladder is not very sturdy and has already bent on one side. The only one in the pool using the ladder is a 9 year old...it should be able to hold more weight than that.

WE spent $900.00 to install the pool only to find defective hoses from filter to pool . Sent email to Product supplier since the telephone wasn't answered on Friday July7, Received case number email but product company not available on weekend. Called on Monday morning July 10 and spoke to person who wanted pictures of the hoses. Really. No response from sending pictures with email so called the company and spoke to a different person who was only concerned with 3 month warranty period and their need to confirm so they would credit for two hoses. Requested express overnight and was informed they don't have that service but would make it a priority. Today is Friday, July 14 and still no hoses. If I could return the pool I would. But I am stuck with $900.00 to install and waste of water and time. Also can not understand a 16 oz bottle size cap on the bottom of the pool. Is that safe. .????? Really upset with this whole purchase experience.
