Below average cooling, difficult to fill water
XVery small hole to fill water. Need pipe or funnel. No provision to hold and lift.. no manual provided.

The media could not be loaded. Need funnel to pour the water or pipe with pump.... Very difficult to pour the water in to the cooler...Fan speed is fine and not feeling actually cold in this... Plz go ahead with big desert coolers instead of this....It's actually no use...I purchased it for my kid...it does the job only for single adult person not for babies... ..Bcz babies move here and there... This cooler does not keep the entire room cool ...Only one position... It helps for laptop workers who sits in one position and works...

Cooling is bad
All other features are good, but main feature of cooling is bad. Not adequate, not sufficient. Just have a fan instead.
