6-1/2-Inch 60 Tooth TCG Thin Aluminum and Non-Ferrous Metal Saw Blade with 5/8-Inch DMK Arbor

I bought this for cutting plastic restroom partition panels - usually 1/2" or 3/4" thick, heavy plastic. This blade gives cleanest cuts of the 3 blade types I've tried so far on these plastic sheets. This blade is relatively expensive, but if it lasts a reasonable amount of time, I will buy more. The clean cut is worth the extra money for my purposes.

I've made about 50 cuts through aluminum racking, several through unistrut and even a few through 2" x 1/8" square tubing. A bunch of wood cutting as well. Lots of miles left!

Excellent smooth cut for thin aluminum and acrylic

This does the job great.

Terrible blade. Plastics is supposed to be one of the items this blade is made for, but it melts the plastic. Does the same with composites. Not a clean cut on a few other things I tried. An 80 tooth crosscut blade for WOOD does better on the clean cut aspect.

I needed a blade that could cut through a plastic laminate countertop. It had to fit my 6 1/2" battery powered saw.This blade cut it like it was butter. There was no burning or overheating and the cuts were smooth and needed little finish work.I have bought this brand before and have always been happy. They hold up great for home use at a price that's half of major brands.

I used this in a chop saw to cut 50 pc of 1/4" aluminum rod and 50 pcs of 1" aluminum channel. It made quick work of the cuts and left a decent finish on the cut surface.
