Work well. I had a bit of trouble at first because the instructions are minimal and I’ve never used ratchet straps before, but once I figured it out I was happy with my purchase.

Used these to keep our kayaks on top of the car for a 1,000 mile round trip vacation. Easy to use, rubber coated hooks., don't get slack in rainy weather, and they come with a convenient carry case. Even has velcro straps to keep the unused tails neat and orderly. Definately a good product!

Very sturdy. Excellent price. I assumed they came all put together and ready for use. I had to watch a video online real quick to put ratchet part onto strap portion. Worked Excellent!

IT WAS NICE TO GET SOMETHING LIKE THAT, SHOWS THEY CARE!!I RECEIVED MY RATCHET STRAPS, BUT ONE WOULD NOT RATCHET DOWN, AND I THOUGHT I HAD A SECOND ONE THAT WOULD NOT RATCHET DOWN BUT IT DID! I HAD TO LEAVE ON A EMERGENCY AND NOW I COULD BE WRONG BUT THEN I DO NOW HOW TO USE THEM, BUT I THINK MY FIRST ONE MIGHT HAVE BEEN BAD, I WILL NOT KNOW TILL I GET BACK HOME, BUT MIGHT BE AWHILE TILL I CAN!! I AM HELPING FRIENDS AND FAMILY UP NORTH HIT BY THE STORM! I SENT THE COMPANY AN EMAIL ALREADY!! I AM CROSSING MY FINGERS THAT THE SECOND ONE WILL RE - RATCHET BACK DOWN !! THE PACKING WAS NICE , THERE WAS VELCRO ( HOOK & LOOP ) STRAPS, ZIP TIES, AND EVEN STICKERS, I TOLD THE COMPANY THAT I BETTER WAY TO STORE STRAPS THEN A CARDBOARD BOX WITH A HANDLE IS NEEDED !! BUT SO FAR, CROD FINGERS THAT I CAN GET/ MAKE SURE THE REST WORK, I THINK I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT AN EXTRA BOX FOR USING THEM TO HELP FAMILIES HERE IN THE STORM ZONE!!
