I'll admit I was concerned about buying refurbished but have to say I'm pleased. I selected the Excellent condition and 256GB model. No wear and tear I can find. Came with a screen protector so previous owner probably treated it well. Also working S Pen. I'm on day 3 AT 50% of a fully charged 100% battery. Only modest use, maybe 2 or 3 hours of video, some ring camera monitoring and YouTube scrolling and such, but on par or better than my other tablets including a new Tab S9 FE. Got this Tab S8 because the FE doesn't support DEX HDMI out via the USB c connector that I didn't realize it didn't have until I wanted to use it for that. Sound is actually better on this S8 also. Also selected supplier WirelessDirect (which seemed to have a bit higher sarisfaction percentages) with amazon.com shipping.

Was looking for a tablet to replace the 2nd gen iPad Pro that died on me and didn't want to break the bank on a device I was mostly going to use while traveling or sitting on the couch and occasionally drawing on. Amazon luckily sells this tablet refurbished, but really well refurbished like I couldn't tell it was used.The Galaxy Tab S8 is small & portable, great to draw on, has loud speakers, and a sharp screen for a standard LCD. Bonus: It comes with a keyboard case w/ stand and a S Pen (WTF?!!). Would definitely buy again.

The product arrived in perfect condition, just as described. Everything was well-packaged and handled with care. Customer service was also outstanding — responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process.

Very smooth tablet, clear display, great processor and excellent battery life. Pen is great too. I am very happy with this purchase. One small issue that has happened a few times, is that occasionally, as I write, the tablet will turn off on me. Not a big deal, I can turn it on quickly, but it has been a bit annoying those 4-5 times its happened in 3 months. Everyone assumes it's an IPad and are surprised when they hear that it is not. Overall, I recommend this product.

Battery is 85% original capacity

I already know this is a fantastic tablet, that’s why I ordered it… then the amazon delivery person marked it delivered but used a picture of my other order for proof. So it never got here. I needed it asap so I’m pretty disappointed.

PREVIOUSLY: It’s been almost a year of use. Two months ago, I started having issues with charging, but by adjusting the charging cable and port, sometimes it would still charge, so I kept using it like that. But now, I can't take it anymore—no matter what I do, it won't charge. When it does successfully charge, I feel like setting off fireworks in celebration. Aside from the charging issue, everything else is great. But without power, even the best device is just scrap metal.EDIT: The issue was the provided cable.

This S pen is defective. It doesn’t write well and honestly is really upsetting since when I purchased this I thought I would be getting excellent/good quality and that was not the case. The iPad is in perfect condition. But I really wish the S Pen was changed out to a better quality. Especially having spent so much money on this item.
