I have used this Krusteaz pie dough for years. It’s wonderful, just add water, and it tastes like from scratch! Lately I cannot find it in any of the markets, not sure why, store buyers not sure why? But THANK GOODNESS for Amazon, they found it for me! I love Amazon 😍

The mix is great if you mix with really ice cold water, and add it slowly enough so you don't over-moisten the dough. It's great for a heavy use environment, or a place you want to have cooking materials that won't be used for months at a time. Used if for maple pecan pie over Thanksgiving and it worked like a charm.

I have been using Krusteaz pie crust mix for years, best I have ever used, Have had more compliments using this mix as it is light and flaky. You can't go wrong if you follow the very simple directions.... Wonderful crust.
