First off I was looking for tea that actually work,without spending too much money. This tea has different taste I can't explain it, I add lemon to it with Chenneny pepper as dexto for weight loss for my stomach. Baby let tell you self it works, I mad the mistake of drinking at night before bed. Let's just say my Husband slept on the 🛋 downstairs 😆 🤣. My husband accidentally gave me this tea, thinking it was my regular tea. All I can say is IT WORKS! It was a while before I knew why I kept running to bathroom, but I was glad I wasn't sick or something. I almost strangled him though, lol.

I suffer with horrible constipation. I steeped 2 bags for over 8 hours (went to work and came home) and drank it and today is the next day and I’m STILL pooping. I love using this tea for detoxing purposes. I normally drink at a certain time so when the next day comes, I am only going to the bathroom at a specific time. Pretty much, plan out a schedule for when you need to poop.
