Came exactly as described
Came exactly as pictured. Was in vacuum seal bag. I took it out to make sure wouldn’t be wrinkled for birthday but I should have left it in the bag! It was perfectly I wrinkled the way it was sent. For future reference for people!

Twine and ribbon
While cute, it looks way better in the photo than it does in person. It’s literally a piece of twine with ribbons tied around it. It doesn’t work on our high chair. I will keep it and use as a banner. I would not buy this again.
