I bought this for my mom to help her cope after her son's passing. She loved it so much when I gave it to her. It was beautiful and the seller followed my directions for gem placement. However, within a couple of weeks the chain, not pendant, lost its gold color and turned silver-ish. I contacted the seller and they have never responded to my complaint. We will have to buy a new chain now. I wouldn't but from this seller again.Update: Seller fixes the problem and even included a nice, handwritten note. I would buy again. Thank you!
