Seller stands behind their product!
Did not expect this to last long, which it did not. The rope will now not catch the reel to pull the motor through (to start). Since it was beyond the 30 return window, contacted the Seller through Amazon who indicated they would send out its replacement. As of today July 30th, have yet to receive and probably never will. Good thing I have a backup mower......Follow up August 2nd, 2024: The seller reached out to me and not only refunded my purchase but send out its replacement that I have just reinstalled on my Honda. Great 'service after the sale' that I appreciate and wish that more sellers were like! Will purchase from this merchant again!

Works, but the cord is short [updated]
The cord is too short to run it through the loop on the handle, but it works fine. UPDATE: The seller saw my review, and said they were refunding my money, sending a new one with a proper cord and I'm free to use or toss the old one. That is the customer service ALL companies should have; above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

colour
The colour was more burgundy than red but it is a pressure washer and that’s okay. I’ll paint it black.
