TubeANew - The Solution for Dried Caulk Tubes (2)

Simple idea, and will save you money in the end. I highly recommend!!!!

Just used these for the first time yesterday. Had a tube of caulk I hadn't used in 60ish days. Cut the top off, put on the adapter and I'm back in business. Highly recommend.

Easy to use, clean-out and re-use - perfect for pointing custom mortar for fireplace stonework.

Great concept and great execution. Made in USA quality. Do exactly what they say, and cheaper than buying a new tube of caulk even if you only get one more use out if it. The only possible way to improve them would be if they had screw-on nozzles, but that is a minor nitpick. Why didn't I try them before???

This invention has allowed me to revive several tubes of caulk that I thought were goners. It's easy to cut the caulk tube tip off to expose the soft and still usable caulk, ram this invention on, and you're good to go in terms of accessing the still useful amount of caulk in the tube.I've since combined this TubeANew with the 25pc of orange silicone caulk tube sealers and the amount of caulk that goes to waste has dwindled to nearly nothing. LOVE IT!

Although this product didn't work for me it came recommended by friends that love it. I would highly recommend working with this company. Great customer service.

This gizmo fits your tube of caulk fine after you chop of the clogged end. It wedges on there nice and tight, so it shouldn't be prone to leaking. I found that several of the tubes of old caulk I was trying to rescue were too far gone, though, since the caulk throughout the tube had gotten too thick to squeeze out. So don't expect miracles, but if you have a caulk tube that is only clogged in or near the tip, this will work. It's possible to remove the TubeANew after you have used it and save it for another use, too, but it is a bit tough to pry off the caulk tube.

Like all of you, I have several tubes of caulk or adhesive tubes that are half used. Eventually, they all end up in the landfill. I've tried different ways to keep the tubes from drying out but its always a hassle and really doesn't work. This solved a BIG problem. As someone else said, Brilliant!! I think the inventor is a small start up and deserves our support since he knocked it out of the park. If you want, clean out the end of Tube-A-New and used it a few more times. Along with Tube-A-New another great tool is Hat-it.com. Both are great ideas and will always be in my workshop and job site.

I can't count the number of times I gave up trying to clear a tube with product that was still usable after only using a small amount. I have no doubt these will get the job done and look forward to avoiding shopping for more product when I just need to get a 5 minute job done. Product arrived quickly and was as expected.

If you have tried every trick in the book to prevent the caulking tubes from clogging, this is the real answer, idiot proof idea
