If I had a dinosaur Hardcover – Picture Book, 9 Feb. 2017

My two and a half year old boy is already obsessed with dinosaurs, and of course with poohs. So this book really tickled him, and when we got to the huge pile of dinosaur dung he was thrilled! I like any book that I can read to him at the same time as keeping my 6 year old girl entertained, and it's not too young for her either, as we discuss different dinosaurs and their names, and really go on a flight of fancy imagining how big each one is, and how big a house would have to be for a dinosaur pet and so on. It's just good fun. I'd really recommend it for any child under six or seven, it's beautifully illustrated, it's a strong, simple idea, and it makes a lovely change from the litany of children's books featuring rabbits, frogs and squirrels!

It's a lovely story with fun illustrations. My littlw girl has a copy and loved it so I bought it for a friend's little girl but it came damaged so I was unable to give it to her as a gift as it looked used.

Love this book!!! One of our favorites. The quality of this book is really nice, you don't need a hardcover. They put a lot of thought and detail on the inside front cover and back cover. It reads very well and my little one asks me to read to her again and again on the first day.

I got this for my 4 year old and we both love it. Such a sweet and simple story told in a creative and poetic way. We've had it for a couple of days and read it 10x. Great for a boy or a girl.
