Very sturdy and easy to use.
I loved that it came with the keyrings to use to attach items to the hook, I use this to hold a breast pump motor to my side while im working and it has been great. Its very sturdy, you can hardly tell that it is attached to your hip.

Habe diese Gürtelschlaufe oder wie man sie gerade nennt für meine gürteltasche gekauft wo ich die schlaufen abgemacht habe und gegen Schlüsselring ersetzt habe um die Tasche immer mal abzunehmen wen es nötig ist.
