this item seems to be a resold item, because it have a pink soild an the top of the lid which seems as if someone was trying to clean, but Im going to try an get it out since its not bright of a stain, other than that it ok

I have never been more disappointed from anything I have ever purchased from any site or store! I purchased a squar tan cloth ottoman that flips to a table. I got a broken dark brown leather rectangular ottoman with hinges that were broken. Worst packing I’ve ever seen! Sending back for full refund! I would give 0 stars if I could!

Is packaged wrong. Both time the ottoman comes dirty and the try all scratched.
