Most liked was that it appears to be helping. Most unliked is difficulty swallowing. Please bear in mind that this is NOT the manufacturer's fault; I have trouble swallowing ALL large tablets and capsules. Especially appreciated the product being VEGAN!

MSM was recommended to me by a naturopath pharmacist, who indicated I needed to take 6000 mg per day for pain and function relief of my knees that have very little meniscus and some bone-on-bone rubbing. You cannot purchase this in amounts needed in local pharmacies or vitamin shops but this product comes in 1500 mg tablets so to get the amount required, I take two in the morning and two in the evening. I had been headed to probable knee joint replacement surgery, but by taking this product, I am enjoying the least pain in my knees, nearly eliminated, that has been the case for me over the past 15 years. This product has been a godsend. And the cost is reasonable given the incredible relief from pain and improved knee function I have experienced. This medication is often found together with Glucosamine, but only at the 500 mg level. How does it work? My Naturopath pharmacist said it creates a sort of cushion in the joint. That is how it feels to me.

I've been taking MSM for years and had almost forgotten why. Then I ran out, ordered more, it was back-ordered where I usually get vitamins, so I ran out for a week or so. My body started to ache in ways I hadn't felt lately. Realizing it might be the lack of MSM, I quickly ordered this from Amazon. It came quickly. It only took about three days, taking one of these twice a day, to feel much better! They proved their effectiveness!!

This product has been beneficial for the healing process of my knees and other joints in my body. I was a competitive athlete in bike racing and inline roller blade racing, along with Nordic ski racing for 35 years. I raced for over 30 years and my body took a beating, this product along with juicing has healed my arthritis, I no longer have noises, pops and crackling sounds coming from my knees. No more pain, and I do not take any pain medicine, just Ginger, Turmeric, and other natural products to handle the inflammation and the mild pain. I still train at 67 years of age, and ride 4000 miles per year along with nordic skiing, and Alpine skiing, and inline roller blading. I work nights and take my supplements after my lunch. I've added these to my mix of delicious goodness, however, I seem to be growing a third eye. I discovered that if I stop drinking beer after work the third eye seems to fade away. I'm like any other person that wonders what it would be like to see beyond 3d, but it's just looks to creepy. I won't give up the beer, just this.

These work just as well as any other but not worth it, as several pills were broken.
