Q: Does this trapeze have a nylon coating to help with grip?

Does have some sort of plastic coated . However it is relatively thin and smooth. However, my wife who has Parkinson's disease has not had any problems gripping it and being able to move around with its use.

Q: Does this come with the triangle?

Item 2800GA does come with the triangle

Q: Can you please let me know the dimensions once its all assembled?

It is all apart at present, however, it will fit under a twin bed and the height is adjustable. I hope this helps.
