Not true to size. Way too small. Not recommended.

This sweat vest is so much easier to put on than the solid piece ones that I have been using.The fit is as expected just make sure to check the size guide, the only thing I don't like is how boxy it is, for me personally the bottom elastic cuts into my hips which isn't the most comfortable but also not painful or anything.These are really great to sweat out water weight/water retention and bloating, but they will not make you lose fat. As long as you have realistic expectations for products like this you will like it, this will be my go-to now over the no zipper vests and hopefully the bottom elastic will loosen up with time.

I exercise almost daily; however, I am still convinced I have a jelly-belly 😊. I am usually a size 6-8; hence, I ordered the sweating top in size S. I was unsure what to expect as this is my first top of this kind. It is a thin material with a front zipper and blue lining, which acts like a sauna.The size I ordered fits me well, apart from the underarm area, which is pretty loose. I do not mind it as much because I can move freely. The zipper is an excellent idea, especially when taking the sweaty top off. I did not think much of the top until I wore it during gardening work. I hate that feeling of being hot and sweaty, and that is precisely how you feel wearing the vest. You sweat buckets! Which means that it does work, and it works well. I also love the elastic band, which fits right below my hip bones. I have used it over the slimming belt, and it keeps it in place beautifully. The belt is too large for me, although it has Velcro 😊.This top is a brilliant addition to my life, serving a magnificent purpose in many ways. I can sweat the jelly and toxins when training, climbing, walking, or gardening. That is precious to me!

I would say this product was comfortable and you really need to have a body with no lumps and bumps to use it. It seemed a little small for the size i ordered so that was the first thing against it. It was able to be worn for about and hour before it was taken off because it had become uncomfortable.

I went for the larger size but it’s still pretty snug so very restricting when working out which isn’t great when I need more movement, it’s definitely making me sweat but it’s too soon to have any viable results, it’s a good quality but the sizing definitely needs looked into

This suit seems to be made of good material, the inside has material that makes you sweat and the zipper makes it very easy to put on and take off. I have read a lot about these suits and thought I would try it because I really need to remove some kilos now. I haven't been using it for a long time and I can't give a final or accurate opinion, anyway I can say that I wore it at home all day and I sweated a lot. But anyway I think that being worn while doing exercises you can see a better result.It remains to be seen in the future for results. The size I chose S-M fits me well. The price seems reasonable to me.

I've heard great things about these from a friend so I thought I'd give it a go! It's not been long enough to be able to see any magnificent results yet although I'm still hoping for this from reccomndedations! It most certainly does make you sweat, I simply wear it at home during my usual everyday activities and you can really feel it working! The only negative is when I initially opened the pack it had an awful fishy smell (which subsided once aired for a few hours!) I'm looking forward to seeing the results with regular use!
