Beautiful clock delivered as advertised

I got this 14" to replace a cheap 16" that was noisy. This is completely silent with a sweeping second hand. My dad had a hard time reading the previous one and never even noticed I changed it. I was concerned having a second hand would confuse him, but he seems not to notice it. He had difficulty reading our previous clock (got hour/minutes mixed up). But he can read this one clearly from across the room. The hour hand is shorter than most (like clocks in the 'old' days) which helps those from older generations read it easier, along with the old style font. Face is dull white, but white (not off white). I can clearly read it from across 2 rooms at 35'. Have had several people ask where I got it. It is my last wall clock purchase - finally found the perfect combination of classic, modern, easy-to-read, and silent. I intend for it to last the rest of my life - hope it does!

Looks nice but it loses time almost immediately. Replaced battery 3X. Junk...

Looks better than I expected.Time is accurate, has not been reset.Temperature and hygrometer is accurate enough.Would buy again.

Love my new wall clock

I ordered one of these and was initially very pleased with it upon arrival. It's a nice looking clock with a natural stained wood look. The temperature and humidity gauges seemed to work fine and are handy to have. There was just one problem: The clock wouldn't work. I set the clock, popped in a battery and the second hand advanced to 7... where it stopped, slipped back a bit, then repeated this process indefinitely."Okay," I thought, "No big deal. I'll just return it for one that works." I sent it back and the replacement came back a few days later. **It did the exact same thing!**Clearly, there are some issues with manufacturing and quality control. Buyer beware.
