Great book by a great Champion
A really enjoyable read. A straight up account of his life up to that point in time. Covers all the topics you'll be wanting to know about. Casey comes across really well. l admire him for his incredible ability on a bike but also for his grounded, respectful nature. It seems a shame that he stopped racing so young but the way he expains his descision to stop is another example of a strong character and a wise head on young shoulders rationalising his career and making time for the important things in life.

every local track organiser and parents of Casey's competitors disliked him, and wanted him banned
Clearly had immense talent from a young age. So much so, every local track organiser and parents of Casey's competitors disliked him, and wanted him banned. By christ can he ride a motorcycle though. Even now, 4 years retired, and he still tops the Malaysia 2017 MotoGP test. A good read - particularly impressive is when his parents sell up everything in Australia to move to Europe - a tremendously risky gamble. It paid off, and then some.

An interesting read, especially for race fans!
I enjoyed reading into the life of Casey, seeing the setbacks and sacrifices he and his family has made. Some of the chapters did drag on slightly, but it was still a good book to get hooked on. It also gave a good insight into his mindset for racing and perhaps how he was unfairly treated by media and fans.

Brilliant
Great read for any racing fan. A no nonsense, no gossip, just his own story book. One hell of a fast rider and great champion.

Well-written and interesting
Definitely one of the better motorcycle racer biographies (and I write this as a Rossi-fan!). Well-written and informative.

Pushing The Limits, Casey Stoner
As a big fan of Casey Stoner this was an excellent read, so well written, it is not just a list of his acheivements but the long road to get there, what a tough life before he hit the big time. Would you believe on his forst few days in England he was living with an aunt & uncle in my home town down in Sussex, I could've walked past him in the street!! A definite recommend for all Casey & Moto GP fans. We miss you on the track Casey

Compelling read.
Good writing and pacing. Personal account that takes you through Casey Stoner's life and career, from the first time he rode a motorcycle (at ten months old) up to his retirement. Great read for both motorcycle enthusiasts who enjoy some technical detail and the broader general public. The details are there but don't overwhelm the reader, who can carry on merrily ignoring the passing mentions of engine bits and bobs.

An interesting read, Stoner is without a doubt one of the greatest riders of all time and I enjoyed reading how he came up in racing. I would have liked a little more detail about his experience in the premiere class though, the book chronicles his life from childhood to the present, but only the last couple of chapters were on his Moto GP career. All of his world championships are in the premiere class and I would have liked to read more detail about that part of his life. If your into racing, you'll definitely enjoy this book.
