After seeing several televised award show red carpet events where entertainers were captured doing quick dramatic poses using a 360° camera, I had to find one! I thought this one would be a hit for both my business and private functions. While opening the photo booth machine and separating the parts, I noticed the ring light and attachment were missing from the box. These are essentials and I cannot effectively use this item without them!

I bought this to start a Photo Booth business it’s durable and easy to assemble. Easy to use and performs great. Comes with software so that’s a plus. Only 2 small people can fit at a time. Good value for money.

The media could not be loaded. The product came in a compact box with all the components wrapped around the base of the camera. Unfortunately we received the LED light broken. I reached out to customer service and they responded within 24 hours provide a replacement. The replacement arrived in less than 5 days. They even reached out to make sure we had received the product and if we had any other issues. Great customer service by far.The 360 camera was a success at our party and we will continue to use it for future parties.
