STANLEYThe Tough-To-Tip Admiral's Mug Hammertone 20OZ

This has become my "Go-To" desk coffee mug.It keeps stuff really hot or really cold as you like. It is practically impossible to accidentally spill this mug, you'd have to place it on a bad surface. Rugged, the bottom stays put, wide mouth makes it easy to clean, it is well-balanced for carrying even with an armful of items. I'd be hard-pressed to go back to a regular mug now. I hear some folks say the Stanley mugs are expensive...quality and performance are relative. I feel like the two I purchased were cost-effective investments. If you want a quality mug that performs, this is your target right here. I should mention that I've also purchased them for my daughters for school and other pastimes.

I started using the Admiral Thermos the day it arrived, about 2 weeks ago. What a life changer this thermos has been for me. It feels like I have it forever and it has only been a few weeks. I can put my hot tea in this thermos, put the cap on, come back an hour later and have the perfect hot tea like it was just brewed. This is my dream come true; life happens; this way when I am presented with the perfect time to sit and relax with my cup of tea, it is ready.Additionally, the tip proof design is perfect for when I am snuggling under the covers with my hot brew. The thermos will always stay upright. The handle is a nice size for holding; the outside of the thermos always stays room temperature even with boiling hot water in it. Excellent design!

The Stanley brand is simply one of the best in the market. I bought the black and shortly I will buy the green. It is a very sturdy Mug and it attracts a lot of comments from friends. It is easy to clean. Keeps my drinks cold or hot for a very long time. My only suggestion to the company is to look at the possibility of introducing other bright colors. How about Purple, Yellow, Red, Coral.

What can I say - it holds coffee and keeps it warm! I bought it for the office so I can slap this bad boy down on my desk with zero tip over risk. And let’s be honest, it has old school good looks.

This is a great mug, keeps coffee hot for hours and it can sit on an arm of a recliner and not fall off. Hard to tip over. I would give it a 5 star but every mug I have bought from amazon has been dented and the flip cover on the lid is easy to break off.

Does what it says. Can't tip it over by any normal bump. The lid fits great but the snap-up portion is tight. I have 4 of these, and two of them are seriously tight, and two are very snug, but I can lift the snug ones and I have some pain in my hands. Dishwasher is fine, and I put the lids on the top rack, just because I put all plastic on top rack. I fill the room-temperature mug at 8 am with very hot tea, scalding hot, and do not pre-warm it. I leave the snap-up lid, in open position and drink some. Around 10 am I put the snap lid down but not snapped shut. At noon it is still hot. At 3pm it is still plenty warm to drink. If I had snapped the lid shut I imagine it would have been hot longer. It does not retain odors or stain.

Bought this cup for my husband and he was initially not impressed simply because he makes fun of my Stanley cups. However, this has quickly become his favorite and most used coffee mug. It holds a surprising amount, its wide base makes it very sturdy, and the tight latch on the lid allows it to travel well. My husbands only complaint is that the base is too wide to fit in a cup holder - but the grip on the base is impressive and he hasn’t had any issues with it riding on his console.

Great Value , best material and best of all Stanley Made. I filled it with Ice cubs and water , and 24 hours later there is still ice in it . I have not tried Hot liquids yet but will return and update this review I chose the original Stanley color as in the picture .I have used Stanley Thermos for all my working life and has never failed me .If your looking for a cold and hot mug this is the best one to buy so do not hesitate .lid fits securely and does not leak . the pop top is a little difficult to open at first but using both thumbs works well and suspect it will get easier with time ...I would recommend this to family and friends
