Omgosh this tea is sooooo good. I was pleasantly surprised. No bitter aftertaste. Very smooth and naturally sweet. I really like that it has all the vitamins I need for the day in 1 cup of tea and is absorbable. I got my tea at the beginning of December, right around when everybody was getting sick, knock on wood I have yet to catch anything yet. My immune system is weak and I usually catch everything and am sick all the time. I have been feeling great. I have been feeling more upbeat and positive, more clear headed while working and my stress levels haven't felt as bad as holidays in the years past. I believe it is from the adaptogens that are in the tea. I think I will be saving alot of money on the extra vitamins and supplements I buy since it is all in this tea. Most vitamins are not absorable as I have been finding out how defficeint I am in through blood work I have been getting done at the doctors. This tea has the vitamins and supplements in a quick absorbale form. I will be interested to see the results of my next test.

I highly recommend this to everyone especially during the winter months when everyone is getting sick. It literally kicks germ and viruses to the curb! And it delivers all your vitamins and gives you a little pep in your step to get through the day. It's not ideal having to return to work when you're still feeling under the weather, but one cup of tea brings you back from the dead! I swear by it, and it taste delicious- already sweet so you don't have to add any sugar (which is great).

I am in love with this tea! I love the versatility of being able to cook with the loose ground leaves as well as enjoying the tea as a hot beverage. It makes me feel good as a mom that my family is getting all of their daily essential vitamins as well as warding off any sickness during the cold months in a pure organic form, not to mention this tea tastes delicious! I highly recommend Dr Moms supplement Tahoe Tea.
