Very nice, high quality finish, sure to please wife on Valentine's (or any other day)!! The manufacturer/seller provides an attractive, secure, padded box for the nice mug. But Amazon disappointed with their shipper simply putting the seller's box in an exterior shipping box without any padding whatsoever! It was loose to fall around inside exterior box. But it came through fine, despite this negligence. Certainly recommend this fine ceramic mug!

Great mug, does exactly what it should. Doesn't feel cheap. I've been handwashing it so no damage but I bet even running it through the dishwasher wouldn't be problematic. Came in a box with plenty of paper cushioning to keep it stable and arrived undamaged. It's exactly as advertised! Would buy more from this seller.

Nice mug but after a few light washes the words started coming off...its been a few months since i got it and now its not even readable

I gave this 3 stars only because it arrived broken which isn't the manufacturers fault. Amazon did advise me to destroy the item and shared they had many issues with this item breaking in shipment. Very cute though.
