I’ve had negative experiences with pre workout in the past. Either they are underpowered or really taste like medicine. Some give shortness of breath, itching, anxiety or it simply didn’t feel worth the price.Whereas this is not only delicious, it gave me the edge I needed. I felt stronger, sharper, more focused on my muscle during my reps, and all at the same time calm. I didn’t have jitters, I didn’t feel over caffeinated, and I wasn’t anxious. Only side effect was that I was extremely thirsty during my workouts, which I felt was a positive as I typically find I don’t drink enough water.So if you’re hardcore and don’t like the other pre workouts that you’ve tried in the market, this one will fit.

I tried this now for a week and I haven't seen any positive results since it doesn't give me kick or make me feel anything, I have tried others and they immediately make me feel boosted, sorry but I'm not impressed
