Excellent
My 13 year old CRF cat Terry would like to eat the food that he used to eat before he had his condition and he does, with Renalzin added (Vet supervision). He also eats Royal Canin moist chicken and the tuna one and has these biscuits always at the side of his moist meals. He doesn't always eat them as he always preferred wet food to dry but they help very much. My aim is to give him as much variety as I can and choices within the confines of CRF while keeping up his enthusiasm for eating. So, for us at the moment it's normal canned food (with Renalzin), Royal Canin feline renal chicken and tuna (he does not like the beef one) and these biscuits. It has taken six months of easing him into this renal diet and a lot of trial and error and wasted food but for now this is really working. If I go out and he has finished his wet food he can nibble on these biscuits and I know that he always has food until I return.

Fussy cat loves it
My kidney cat is a bit fussy when it comes to food, but he absolutely loves this kidney food. He sometimes even prefers it over the wet food, and that says a lot!

My 18+ year old cat likes it
Was told my the vet that my old cat - Meg - needed to go on a low protien diet - renal cat food diet. She has lots of complication, IBS, over active thyroid, sensitive stomach, deaf, no teeth left really, and very under weight etc. She had daily thyroid tablets nad monthly steriod injections. She took to eating the dried food well (despite the lack of many teeth) and sorry to be crude - but her poos are now a bit harder and she isn't going quite so often. She is perkier in herself and has more energy. I think this food has help to stabilise her and give her a quality of life in her last months/years.

Renal food
I bought this together with the renal pouches, as my cat had been diagnosed with a slight kidney problem. The vet advised me that she should be on this for the rest of her life. I was a bit apprehensive about buying these as there quite expensive, and I couldn't be sure if my cat would like them, I needn't have worried, my cat loves them. I'm so glad I can purchase these on amazon, as its delivered to your door, and its so convienient.
