The tabs are so hard that it takes almost hours of soaking for it to break. And it has nothing to do with drum cleaning.

The media could not be loaded.  I read so much reviews and then thought to go for it..... I have been using ifb branded descaler powder..... But still was getting bad odours at times.... This one solved the issue..... My machine drum cleaner mode took nearly 1 hr.... 5 out of 24 pieces were damaged.....
