I’m normally hot anyway, so this might not affect most people. It makes my sweat most nights which is kind of uncomfortable. It accomplishes its purpose though. I bought it to help keep an anti snore mouthpiece in because I kept spitting it out sometime through the night. Every time I have worn this, I wake up with the mouthpiece still in place.

Is a good strap. As a women my head is a little smaller so I have it at the smallest setting with the Velcro. It’s snug but I notice by the morning I’m breathing through my mouth a little. Would be nice to have a little bit more Velcro to be able to make it a little smaller.

I ordered this product in the hope that it will help keep my mouth shut at night to minimize snoring. The material is comfortable and easy to wear however, it couldn’t get the job done. The material has only stretched out in all directions.I don’t have a large head or jaw at all. Maybe this particular product isn’t really one sizes fits all? Perhaps if you have a strong jawline and a larger cranium, it will do the job for you. Hopefully so- I’m still searching.

I regularly use the nasal mask and my CPAP machine had usually indicated a leak and the events per hour (AHI) was usually about 5 or more (randomly, anywhere from 0 to 20). I thought it was due to my Sinus issues, but to rule out my being a mouth breather, I tried this Chin Strap. I was surprised to see that in the one month I have used the mask, my CPAP does not show any leaks and my AHI has consistently been under 1. I am planning to try a the full face mask in the future to see if eliminates the need for a chin strap. If that doesn't work, I will continue to use the nasal mask together with this chin strap.

I thought there would be binding around the ear holes because the photo had it. It works fine, but looks cheaply made.

I really like this chin strap.Its comfortable, durable and works well with my CPap mask.This is something that I really needed as I tend to breathe through my mouth at times when I sleep.This item is not too tight, but just tight enough to do the trick and is completely adjustable.I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to control their breathing as they sleep.

Had my doubts after trying several purchased from CPAP supplier. But this one is the best. It took a few days to get used to it but now my leaks have almost stopped and I don’t wake with a sore throat from sleeping with my mouth open.
