Must have for large wounds
I wiped out on my treadmill and ended up getting some pretty substantial road rash type wounds on my left arm and leg. They were large, terribly painful, and ooozing exudate everywhere. After a few days of using the wrong type of products on my wounds, I went to the doc and she dressed my wounds with the Curad version of this stuff. The doc gave me 3 days worth of the Curad so I ordered this to use after 3 days. This works just as well as the Curad. It is soothing and protective and doesn't sting when applied. Be aware if your wounds have heavy exudate this will still stick, but not as badly as a "nonstick" pad alone. After 7 days of using this type of dressing, my wounds are healing nicely.

Wound care coverage
I have wounds on both legs that require these. I like better than other products that can be used. They stick to your skin and stay in place until you cover them with different types of guaze. I use wound care gel and Manuka honey and spread that on them prior to adhering them. In the hospital I used them plain. They won't be hard to remove if changed daily. Two days are usually ok. Third day you are pushing it. Very good product. I buy them for back up in case mine don't arrive in time on home health care.

Great Product
I bought this dressing as a substitute to another brand, and I was pleasantly surprise how well it worked! It work similarly to the brand that I replaced it with! The price was also better than the other brand! I am pleased that I made that purchase. Not only did I save money the product was good!

If you have a bad burn these are essential.
There are many brands and sizes of Xero-form bandages out there. I picked these due to the size. You'll need gauze scissors to cut them (the kind you'll find in a first aid kit, very cheap), if you don't need the entire strip and don't want to waste any. Choose the best Xero-form size for your wound. Once you place them on the wound, you'll need to wrap the area with glaze. The medication is in a vaseline like ointment. These were a life saver for my third degree burn! They were doctor recommended. After having such a bad burn I'll keep some in my first aid kit.
