I was looking for something tangy to add to cream cheese frosting for carrot cakes etc. Yopol is PERFECT! It not only adds a real tang to the flavour but also thickens the frosting. I've used it several times now and everyone loves it. I'm sure I'll find many more uses for it.The only criticism I have is that the tub was only half full when it arrived. A bit disconcerting to say the least, possibly they could either increase the amount or reduce the size of the drum! I know contents can settle but come on ........! I'll still be buying it though!
