My kid got this as a birthday gift we loved it until it broke. I have no way of getting a hold of anyone because it was a gift and we threw the gift receipt away. I will update my review if anyone reaches out.

Save your money. The instructions were worthless, my husband cut his hand trying to put it together and the quality of the actual carriage is terrible. Pieces were bending with the slightest pressure on it.

I accidentally purchased before measuring my (daughter's) doll. This stroller description says it's for 18" dolls but the doll I got is 20". I tried to cancel the order (and buy the bigger more expensive doll stroller from the same company) but even though it had only been a few minutes, it was too late. I received the order within 24 hrs, and decided to check the fitment anyway. I haven't put it together yet (although it doesn't look difficult). The material seems to be good quality as well. And happily, although the stroller looks small (which is good, it won't take up much room), the doll still fit (even if a bit snug)! I think my daughter will be very happy on Christmas day to receive this lovely doll pram!
