Once fully hydrated, I mix it with potting soil. The coir helps retain moisture so that I don’t need to perform watering as frequently.

Worked awesome for composting toilet. One of these bricks filled 2 gallon sized Ziplock bags of expanded dampened coco coir. We used the Natures Head composting toilet for about a week and there was no smell. I was skeptical but it worked. I chose this one because it had the most product for the price.

Put the portion I need in the pot and add water. Watch it expand and plant my seeds. So easy!

It's consistently pulverized, may not be great for wicking moisture because it's basically powder. But at least it's uniform

That’s a bunch of coco fiber soil with this price. Brought this to cover a 8x12ft area in my lizard’s house.

This is a good substitute for peat moss. While it takes a little longer than expected to break down in water, I found it does go faster if you place the bricks in a large pale of water for a out 15 minutes. I added the broken down bricks to soil in a large pot and the plants are thriving.
