No stick, I use for sealing plastic bags and 2 days later they open by themselves. Wasted money

I use this tape for a dispenser that seals my product in bags. I usually purchase locally but saw it on Amazon at a lower price so I ordered it.After sealing about 25 bags I saw that all the bags were coming undone and when I checked the tape I noticed it wasn’t very sticky and it couldn’t seal my bags. I think maybe the glue is old.Amazon said I could return it but it’s too inconvenient for me.
