How do i get the product into the tip. Do i turn the top? The tip is fairly dry, even after pressing the tip on my lip not enough liquid comes out.

Water (Aqua), Propylene Glycol, Alcohol, PEG-30 Glyceryl Stearate, PVP, PEG/PPG-14/4 Dimethicone, Caprylyl Glycol, Phenoxyethanol, Potassium Sorbate, Panthenol, Fragrance (Parfum), Benzyl Alcohol, Limonene, Citral, Linalool. May contain: Red 28 (CI 45410), Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Yellow 6 (CI 15985), Blue 1 (CI 42090).

Any idea why it dried out?

Mayb from heat or mayb it was made a while ago and just dried up fast. You can always try to pul out the felt piece turn it around inside the felt holder and see if tht puts more product on the applicator stick itself! Hope this helps

Is this product vegan and cruelty free?

I thought the product was very dry and sent it back asap I will never purchase it again 🤷🏽♀️

Not worth the money very dry, colour very faint. With it being Brand knew you would expect it to be moist and colourful!! Very disappointed in the product. If I could give zero stars I would. I really should have sent it back, please don’t waste time or money purchasing this
