Cheap and cheerful...
I ordered this as the BT extender I bought a couple of months ago seems to do nothing and I didn't want to spend more money to buy another range extender. It's a lot smaller than I expected and has the appearance of a cheap quality product. To make it worse it's upside down (180 degree rotation of the main product image). Instruction booklet is of poor quality. However it does the job! I'm still trying to figure out how they put all those features into such a small device. Somehow they managed it and it is working. Would I recommend it? Of course I would as it's almost half the price I paid earlier for a range extender alone. It's not a looker but it does the job.

Wouldn't recomend.
Unit is upside down, manufacturing error apparently, seller refunded 50% of price so that was ok I guess, some issues are: gets very hot when in use- not the sort of thing I'd leave on overnight or while out. It does extend range upstairs but kills downstairs strength for some reason, switching it off gives full strength downstairs again. This is our first attempt at improving internet upstairs, now doing some research for another more successful product. I wouldn't recomend this product.

Compact repeater
Quick delivery for this neat product. The box is small and descrete, though the orientation of the pins, means that box is upside down in the wall. Not an issue as it’s behind the chair. The instructions are simple and it was easy to set up as a repeater. It’s not as fast as the main router but enough to stream iplayer.Visitors can now use the internet in the furthest room of the house. :)

Good product to save my wifi in the extension
I had a similar wifi extender for my loft. Bought this one for my rear extention and garden. It works really well. My wifi speed is doubled now in the extension, currently 15mb, comparing 7 mb before. The signal even extended to the rear garden. The only drawback is the ethernet cable sockets. They are on the top of the wifi repeater. As I do not use the cable anyway, I am not so bothered. It is great.

... for our small bedroom where the wifi signal is poor. TBH
I bought it for our small bedroom where the wifi signal is poor. TBH, I was a bit concerned about get it working before it arrived. The setup was fairly straightforward. It took me just about 10 mins to sort everything out. There is a little bit speed lost with it, but that is totally acceptable. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Could be better
It's a nice small unit. However, it is upside down.Gets very hot when plugged in.The setup is confusing as it doesn't state to change the SSID to your own wifi network SSID. Once connected to the network, I can no longer connect to the booster to amend any settings, resulting in needing to reset the unit every time.It does seem to boost quite well though.

Works like a dream
Bought this to try and solve what I thought was weak signal on second PC upstairs from router box. Turned out it was driver issue with the old WiFi card. Ended setting it into repeater mode and plugging in an Ethernet cable from PC to device. Not clear from the instructions you can do this but it works like a dream and WiFi speed is at upper end of what the router box can handle. Lifesaver.

Connection dies down!
Received my order today, delivery was fast (I'm a Prime member) But the item is not worth not even a penny. After taking me quite some time to connect it and set it up (it wouldn't let me set a personal key - the extender would just freeze) it loses connection every 10 minutes... All of a sudden the network from the extender becomes inaccessible or even undiscoverable. Complete waste of money. Will return this immediately! Rather invest £10 more for a D-Link one...
