I purchased this product to help break my plateau in my weight loss program. I have been taking is as recommended: twice a day with lots of water. It does a decent job curbing cravings but I haven't noticed a drop in weight after finishing my 30 day supply. As others have mentioned I noticed great improvements to my skin, as well as a general uptick in energy and productivity.All things said I believe this is a good daily vitamin/supplement but I wouldn't say it did a lot for helping me loose weight. I did order another bottle and will update my review if I notice anything different after a longer period of use. After running out I did notice that the first day I didn't take this I was much hungrier than I expected. Just something to keep in mind if you are using this to help with a diet and decide to stop taking it.

Many pills claim to detox you, but some have side effects like weakness, headaches or an upset stomach because of the herbs. This is a fine balance between many good foods, that alone, would cost much more and these are much more convenient. My detox went well and most times I'm sluggish and not chipper during my cleanses, but this cleanse went well and I was as good, if not better, than usual when it came to energy. Didn't miss a single yoga class. I kept taking these even after my detox was over and I plan to stock up for the next year.

This is a really great ingredients quality superfood pill. There is also a multi vitamin with the same ingredients called Vitapril which is good . Orovo was great too but was discontinued.

Besides improving my diet, I've replaced my expensive cholesterol medicine with this. I like that it's all natural and isn't harsh on my system. I've told my doctor and he's seen the results and told me what I am doing is ok. As an added bonus my wrinkles have started to diminish.

This stuff is like the swiss army knife of pills, it does so many things! Not to go into great detail, but suffice to say, I needed to make some life changes and fast. Used my husband account and bought this one.I using it for 3 weeks and did not loose 1/4 of the pound. Funny, every day I wake up and thinking that today would be a day and I will see my weight getting down, even a little to keep my motivation...I am in pretty good shape, just want to loose a few pounds and wear pre-baby clothes again. Absolutely disappointing. More and more thinking that outstanding reviews were from company sale representative and not from real customer as me and you. Think about: You may try and miracle could happen. But I will not spend money on it any more! Nor could recommended it...
