I was weary of buying an " inflatable " hot tub, which this of course is, however my only regret is that I wish I had bought it sooner, this thing is really really tough , you can actually sit on the side of it with no deflection what so ever, although there are no built in seat unlike a proper hot tub, the base is really cushioned and very cumfy, this is a 4-6 person tub , although 6 would be a proper squeeze there`s plenty of room for 4 , the heater works well and maintains a constant temperature & the bubbles are plentyfull. Also can be controled via an app for preheating and such. Where I am , cemtral Scotland it heats up around 1.5 degress per hour, worth bearing in mind for when you plan a dip. Im still trying to figure out if its best to let it cool and heat up again , or keep it at a steady temp, time will tell but i`m leaning towards keeping it at around 35/36 then a quick boost if required, seems most economical so far......anyway get a hot tub , you`ll love it.

Omg had this on amazing deal and its huge the quality is 10/10 comes with filters and a spare all water treatments, head rests and led lighting!!! Such value for money at £475!!!! My deal of the year!!

After 3rd day we spelt a strange smellHottub turned off , the plug has melted and also ruined the outside waterproof socketOur last intex tub lasted 5 yrsIve asked for exchange but price has gone up from £379 to £550Im guessing the fuse rcd unit on cable failed , so plug burnt outNo clue , luckily Im within 30 days for refund via Amazon , hopefully price will come back down gutted , as i need this for my arthritis

Amazing value, you get everything in the package including head rests and led light.This one was so much cheaper than the brown one for some reason.Very easy to set up.Love it!

Really enjoying the hot tub just having a few problems with error codes hopefully it will sort itself out
