Unfortunately, this item was supplied with instructions, warranty and recipe book all in French.
We purchased a SEB stainless steel pressure cooker 50 years ago in Perth Western Austraila and have used in constantly. The instructions, warranty and recipe book are all in English, but the one we received from Amazon is in French. I believe it is illegal to sell an item in the UK for use in the UK, with all the documentation in French as most of us do not speak or understand this language. How can we activate the warranty?The item is well made and we hope to use it for the rest of our lives.

First class!
I am a chef and have used pressure cookers all of my life, SEB are excellent, I can't understand people saying their are no instructions or they are hard to understand, all you do is but the lid on tighten the top like a clamp, put the pressure valve on, when it gets up to the pressure it spins, you can also buy all the spare parts in the French supermarkets if you do travel. Very sturdy and easy to use👍
