No issues with seller and service, arrived quickly and as expected. The product itself is thin silicone which at least provides some protection for the soft foam seat pad that comes standard with the trike/bike. The color is a light pastel red.

Doesn't give a whole lot of padding for the bike it's intended for, but it's better then not having it. ;)
